Exclusions:
Sports
Den Fishing packages
do not include fish
processing or shipping,
State of Alaska fishing
licenses or stamps,
Meals, personal items,
auto rental, or airfares.
All rates subject to
local sales tax of 5%
Limits
of Liability:
The
Sports Den, its agents,
employees, contractors,
etc., specifically disclaim
any liability which
is not the result of
their specific negligence.
We assume no liability
for acts of omission
or negligence by other
persons and are not
responsible for accidents,
fire, theft, acts of
God or other forces
of nature, In season
regulatory fishing restrictions,
loss of equipment, or
any other acts beyond
our control.
Reservation
Policy:
A
50% deposit is required
at the time of booking,
with balance due upon
completion of trip.
Cancellation
Policy:
Sports
Den will remit a full
refund of a deposit
with 30-day notice prior
to scheduled arrival.
For cancellations less
than 30 days prior to
scheduled arrival, deposits
are non-refundable unless
vacancy is filled by
canceling party. No
partial refund for late
arrival or early departure.
